Khaled discussed summer 2022 which surpassed 2019 levels of passengers, uplifting service quality at the airports, boosting use of digital channels, how they will ensure they have the capacity to cater for future demand, and the operating model redesign between Matarat Holdings and its subsidiaries to implement best practices.
