Operator of John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4, JFKIAT, has launched new passenger services to ensure the travel experience is as seamless as possible.

JFKIAT, the operator of Terminal 4 (T4) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), has announced the launch of T4 Services, a suite of guest services for passengers at T4. These services, launching during the busy travel season, will provide customers with a cohesive package of valuable offerings to make their travel experience at T4 as smooth as possible.

The services include baggage storage, baggage porting, lost and found, information services, and a new meet and greet service, all of which passengers can access through T4’s website. The new meet and greet offering allows passengers to pre-book an escort to assist at arrivals for elderly individuals, families with children, individuals with disabilities, and others. The services are staffed by employees throughout the terminal dressed in easily recognisable uniforms, and guests can find storefronts throughout the building to access these offerings as well. Together, these services will provide guests with a fast, convenient way to customise their travel experience and reach out for assistance, all at a single source.

“JFKIAT is continually looking for ways to offer the best possible travel experience at T4, and through our partnership with Smarte Carte, we can now provide a cohesive set of guest services,” commented Roel Huinink, President and CEO of JFKIAT. “As we continue to see an increase in passenger traffic during the holiday season, we are pleased that we can offer a new level of convenience to our guests so they can customise their T4 experience.”
