International Airport Review‘s Holly Miles caught up with Robson Freitas, Head of Operations, Security and Emergency, BH Airport at the ACI World Customer Experience Summit, in Krakow, Poland.

We heard about Robson’s main takeaways from the Summit, the recovery of his airport, their strategic view for the next few years, and projects they are working on including renovating the old passenger terminal with new commercial points. They will be reaching 100 per cent of 2019 passenger levels in 2023 so Robson is feeling positive for the future.
