Together they discussed her airport’s recovery, how they assured passengers it was safe to travel, how her airport is innovating to develop non-aeronautical revenue streams, trends coming through with passengers, new digital tools being employed to aid passengers’ journeys, and striking the right balance between the “digital and the human”, plus the new exciting terminal being built in 2024 which will be the first bio-climatic terminal in a tropical environment with no air conditioning and fresh natural ventilation.
