not sure this article really gives anything new in terms of what airports and their stakeholders were undertaking as part of their business operations and continuity. This transformation has been going on for a while and to try and identify as something new is not valid. In additon all airports although undertaking the same operation do not do it in the same way so highlighting, as usual, Toronto Pearson, it does nothing for the other airports.
