At World Aviation Festival in Amsterdam International Airport Review caught up with Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports to talk about his airport’s recovery, growing the achievement of local talent, how they retained and cared for their employees during the pandemic, how the relationship between the employee and the employer has changed, that airports should position themselves more as hospitality companies, airport queues should be a thing of the past, says Paul!
