Together they discussed the state of recovery of CVG, how airport passengers have changed, how they have grown the number of employees across the airport campus, why women do not want to join the aviation industry, the disconnect between front line airport staff with the back-office staff, lessons learned from the pandemic, which includes being transparent with your employees.
