At PTE in Paris, we spoke with the Head of Operations about his trends to watch in air travel.

At PTE in Paris, we spoke with Anurag Shandilya, Head of Operations at Noida International Airport and asked him the question: “What is the number one upcoming trend to watch in air travel this year?” Anurag said biometrics will become more prevalent and that your phone will become the solution for everything.
