In this exclusive interview at ACI’s WAGA conference in Barcelona, we caught up with International Airport Review Advisory Board member, Maurice Jenkins, who is also Chief Innovation Officer of Miami International Airport.

Maurice was the winner of the Best Airport Innovation Leader award for the Amadeus Technology Innovation Award which was awarded to him at the ACI WAGA and we discussed his innovation philosophy on viewing the aviation ecosystem from a bird’s eye view and working to empower airport colleagues to innovate the airport journey in a more seamless way.
