Avinor has announced Norway’s largest parking contract, covering the operation and commercial development of parking facilities at Oslo Airport (OSL) from 2027 to 2031, with an estimated value of approximately NOK 3.5 billion.

The contract includes the management and further development of around 21,000 parking spaces, including the main facility P10, which alone accounts for a quarter of Avinor’s total parking revenue. Parking at Oslo Airport represents more than 50 per cent of the group’s overall parking income.

“Parking is a central part of the Avinor model. Revenue from Oslo Airport helps finance a nationwide network of airports. This is therefore a contract that means a lot to both us and our customers,” said Christian Øgaarden, Commercial Manager Landside.

The competition is open to all qualified market participants and will be announced on 12 December via Doffin and TED, in accordance with current public procurement regulations.

The contract covers the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, and its implementation will support the continued growth and commercial development of parking at Oslo Airport, reinforcing its key role in funding Avinor’s nationwide airport network.

This agreement represents a significant investment in customer experience, operational efficiency and the future development of Avinor’s largest airport.
