Adani digital labs launches OneApp to revolutionise passenger experience at Adani-managed airports in India

Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology arm of Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has announced a series of initiatives, with the OneApp, to transform the travel and airport experience across Adani-managed airports in India. The strategy focuses on enhancing convenience, comfort, and engagement, reinforcing its position as a leader in digital innovation in the aviation sector.

Ms. Srushti Adani, Director, Adani Digital Labs, said: “The new ADL aims to infuse energy, diverse ideas, and unparalleled expertise into its operations. This marks the first phase of a broader strategy to deliver an exclusive digital-first experience to passengers. In every project we undertake, our objective is to diminish and alleviate travel-related anxiety for passengers. Offerings will include up-to-the-minute information, exciting rewards and special tiered lounge services, moving beyond standard aggregator offerings to create a truly personalised digital experience, making it a delight for passengers to journey through our airports.”

As part of its expansion, ADL has opened a 150-seat office in Ahmedabad, where the team will develop solutions to common travel challenges such as time constraints, lack of awareness of amenities, and long queues. The Adani OneApp will integrate all airport services onto a single digital platform, transforming the journey from purely transactional to a more personalised and efficient experience.

The app will act as a digital travel companion, offering features such as Adani Rewards, a first-of-its-kind loyalty programme in the Indian airport ecosystem, spanning F&B, retail, car parking, duty-free shopping, and meet and greet services. It will also provide a streamlined lounge booking system, enabling travellers to pre-book, check card eligibility, and gain easy access without delays. Other services include shopping from an extensive catalogue, delivery at gate, multi-cart duty-free orders, park and fly options, live flight status updates, instant notifications, high-speed Wi-Fi, and essential travel information.
