At the International Airport Summit, hosted in London, Kensington 2023, we spoke to Chris Wilkinson, the Head of Customer Operations at Leeds Bradford Airport. We took a deep dive into Chris’ role and how it positively shapes experiences at Leeds Bradford Airport. He explains why airports are crucial in shaping memories for a person’s holiday, as well as talking about the new £100-million regeneration that will see the airport become more accessible for passengers with reduced mobility.
