Airports must walk the fine line between new technology and “soul” according to Megan.

At Future Travel Experience Global in Las Vegas, we asked Megan Bozarth, Assistant Vice President, Customer Programs at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) the question: “What is the biggest opportunity for airports right now?”

Megan said it is finding the right balance of technology and soul.

Airports must walk that fine line of introducing new technology that improves the passenger experience but at the same time keeping the human element. The human connection is central to travel!
