In a short span of operation, Warsaw Chopin Airport’s new service – Valet Parking – has already garnered praise from travellers. The new solution is tailored for those who value convenience and time efficiency.

Warsaw Chopin Airport’s Valet Parking service

Warsaw Chopin Airport enhances passenger experience. The service allows travellers to seamlessly hand over their vehicles to a professional Valet Parking driver just before entering the terminal, with the option to retrieve it promptly upon arrival. The whole process looks very similar to what we see in Hollywood films. Reservations for Valet Parking can be made online through the Warsaw Chopin Airport website under the Parking tab, where a detailed price list is also available.

After the passenger reaches the designated parking spaces in the Kiss&Fly area on the departures level, Valet Parking staff manage the key exchange, complete necessary formalities and securely park the vehicle at an airport car park.

Upon return, passengers contact Valet Parking reception staff, who will direct them to the designated Premium Parking spaces on the arrivals level, conveniently situated in front of the terminal.

The service is a great convenience, sparing passengers the stress of finding a parking spot. The comprehensive service, including car parking, starts at PLN 260 for the initial 24 hours and is accessible 24/7.

Enhancing passenger experience

Stanisław Wojtera, President of Polish Airports, emphasises the commitment to passenger comfort, stating, “We are dedicated to making our passengers as comfortable as possible. We attentively consider their needs and introduce services that enhance their overall experience. This year is a landmark year in terms of passenger amenities. Some of the services we have introduced are unique not only on a European scale, but also worldwide.”

Among the unique amenities introduced this year is a parcel locker in partnership with InPost. This service enables passengers to send items that did not pass security check to an address in Poland, eliminating the need to discard valuable items not permitted onboard.

Another new service is a temporary passports’ issuance point, allowing passengers without valid travel documents to quickly obtain a passport for international travel from Poland. Additionally, a self-service printing point has been introduced next to the information desk in departures zone AB area, available 24/7, with one A4 page printed in black and white costing PLN 1.

Enhancing convenience further, a special machine for luggage wrapping with staff’s assistance is operational in the CDE zone. Pricing starts from PLN 59, depending on the bag’s size.

Acknowledging passenger and staff needs, a pharmacy has been established in the public area, offering both over-the-counter and prescription medicines. For travellers heading to non-Schengen countries, Chopin Airport presents a unique facility: special sleeping pods.

All these innovative solutions have been introduced with the utmost convenience of Warsaw Chopin Airport passengers in mind.
