Singapore Changi Airport (IATA code: SIN), is Singapore’s main international airport and one of the busiest passenger hubs for south east Asia. Changi Airport has won Skytrax’s ‘airline of the year’ award every year since 2013.

Initially opened in 1981, Singapore’s main international airport has continued to grow with the rising number of passengers. In October 2017 its fourth terminal was opened and plans are already in place for a fifth. In addition to these, a privately operated luxury terminal, known as JetQuay CIP Terminal, exists for the use of all passengers willing to pay a special access fee.

Singapore Changi Airport is equipped with two runways, both 4000 metres in length. It is the home base of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Scoot, Jetstar Asia Airways and BOC Aviation.
