At the ACI Asia Pacific Regional Assembly, International Airport Review caught up with Iskandar Mizal Mahmood, Managing Director of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad to talk about their people strategy, the challenges around addressing mental health in a professional environment where people do not want to admit they are having difficulties, innovative recognition programmes like the “On the spot” Award, 50-60% of Malaysia Airport’s workforce are Millennials, and his priorities going forward in terms of building a happy, engaged and diverse workforce.
