Tres Tacos is an exciting new concept from acclaimed chef Frank Camorra, best known for transforming Melbourne’s dining scene with his celebrated MoVida restaurants. With Tres Tacos, Camorra brings the same passion for authentic flavours and culinary creativity to Mexican street food.
RaRa Ramen will introduce its cult-favourite Japanese ramen to passengers, offering rich broths, handmade noodles, and modern takes on classic bowls. The perfect comfort food before a flight.
The diverse mix reflects a strong commitment to variety and quality, catering to the tastes of today’s domestic travellers – from morning flyers needing a quick caffeine hit to families and foodies looking for a more leisurely dining experience.
We’re bringing our vision for a reimagined T3 dining experience to life [with a] line-up has been carefully curated to enhance the passenger experience,” commented Mark Zaouk, Sydney Airport’s Group Executive Commercial.
“We’re proud to introduce this new mix of homegrown favourites alongside our existing global names – from Stone & Wood to Luke Mangan’s Bistro & Bar – combining the best of local dining with a truly world-class terminal experience.”
The 14 food brands will open progressively from late 2025, with the revamped dining precinct set to anchor a broader T3 redevelopment that includes:
- A revitalised specialty retail mix (to be announced soon)
- New shopfronts and signage
- Enhanced seating and greenery
- Improved wayfinding for easier navigation.
During construction, passengers will have access to temporary fresh food and coffee options via pop-up carts from well-known names such as York Street Coffee, Sushi Saikou, and Baker’s Cut.
Together, these upgrades reflect Sydney Airport’s vision to create an elevated, more personalised travel experience for the millions who pass through T3 each year.
