Copenhagen Airport’s COO talks of the challenges of “Brain Drain” and making data-driven decisions

International Airport Review’s Editorial Assistant, Gabriel Higgins, spoke to Kristoffer Plenge Brandt, COO of Copenhagen Airport at the IAR Summit 2024, discussing post-pandemic challenges, “Brain Drain”, data driven growth, efficiency, and sustainability.

Kristoffer Plenge-Brandt, COO of Copenhagen Airport, spoke about the challenges of losing workers due to COVID, referring to what he called a ‘brain drain,’ and the need to utilise data as part of decision-making for growth post-pandemic. Kristoffer also discussed the importance of synergising operations at the airport to enhance efficiency, as well as the role of sustainability in its growth.
