Brett Weihart of Växjö Småland Airport discussed some of the trends of aviation workforce, particularly in regards to the younger generation.

There we caught up with Brett Weihart, the Managing Director of Regional Airports Partners of which Växjö Småland Airport falls under. Here he gave us an update on how the small, regional airport is doing and how it sustains itself financially. He also gave his two cents on some of the trends of aviation workforce, particularly in regards to the younger generation.
