The biggest opportunity for airports right now: Karine Duclos

We asked Karine Duclos, Marketing & Communication Director, Reunion Roland Garros Airport, what the biggest opportunity is for airports right now. She said it was striking the right balance between the digital and the human in delivering an airport experience that is high quality, efficient and with a human available at the perfect, non-invasive moment. Karine said that post-pandemic, passengers are very wiling to use digital tools to control and personalise their journey, but airports need to be aware that they must still be there at the crucial moment to offering a helping human hand
