Airports must use the innovative technology that they are employing to attract the next generation according to Mehdi.

At Future Travel Experience Global 2022 in Las Vegas we asked Syed Mehdi, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, San Antonio International Airport (SAT) the question ‘What is the biggest opportunity for airports?’ Syed said virtual and augmented reality! He said that airports should make the best use of it as it will attract the next generation and improve the experience for both your customers and your workforce.
