Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+), the software solution that helps airports to control, manage and boost their non-aeronautical revenues, has partnered with O-Zone Tech Inc to distribute CA+ in North America. The company, based in Toronto, will provide consultancy and first line support to airports looking to improve the management of their vital concession-based revenues.

Perry Graham, President of O-Zone, brings to the table more than 20 years’ experience in IT consultancy with specific airport experience. Prior to setting up his own company, Mr Graham worked as a Director for Consulting Services at global IT and business process services provider, CGI.

“This strategic partnership with O-Zone allows us to offer airports in the US and Canada, improved levels of consulting and local support in the region. We are already working with O-Zone on a number of high value projects, and look forward to expanding our opportunities in this region” said John de Giorgio, CEO of CA+.

“CA+ captured our attention due to its innovation and uniqueness, in particular at a time when US airports are beginning to see the value in maximising the revenue potential of their non-aeronautical sector in order to sustain their operations. Our IT consultancy expertise coupled with this game-changing solution, will undoubtedly provide an opportunity for US and Canadian airports to turn their business processes around and focus on where the revenue opportunity lies.” explained Perry Graham, President of O-Zone Tech Inc.

The CA+ solution improves the management of airports’ non-aeronautical processes and helps to provide insight into their commercial operations, enabling them to further boost the performance of concessions.

Airports are able to automate the collection of detailed sales data from concessionaires, a tedious and laborious process which is often carried out manually. The platform also provides facilities for airports to manage commercial contracts including revenue shares, minimum guarantees and services, and provides a BI engine giving quick access to sales and performance analysis on the fly. CA+ also includes revenue calculation and billing facilities.

CA+ aims to provide an overall improvement in the concession management process, automating many of the business processes, and replacing much of the spreadsheet and manual input of data that today dominates most airport commercial teams.
