International Airport Summit is back for another unmissable year of industry-led panel discussions. The fifth wave of stellar speakers has now been revealed. Read on to find out which of the industry’s stalwarts have been confirmed.
The team behind the International Airport Summit 2025, taking place on 19–20 November in Berlin, has unveiled the next wave of speakers, featuring an incredible line-up of senior airport leader from North America to Eastern Europe which serves to highlight the international scope of the summit.
Speaking on how they are leading the future of air travel is:
- Darrell Watson – Senior Vice President & Chief Experience Officer, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport
- Cesar Nava – Innovation Project Manager, Aena
- Johannes Smejkal – Director of Ground Handling Services, Vienna Airport
- Jonathan Lewis – Director Innovation & Customer Experience, Miami International Airport
- Emanuele Cala – Senior Vice President Transformation & Technology, Aeroporti di Roma
- Christian Draeger – Senior Vice President Passenger Service, Berlin Brandenburg International Airport
- Oliver Braun – Head of Security, Berlin Brandenburg International Airport
- Jesus Caballero – CEO, Sofia Airport
The speakers will be discussing topics such as accessible airports, autonomous and smart technologies, including artificial intelligence, security and creating Gen Z travel experiences.
The International Airport Summit 2025 is scheduled to take place on 19–20 November in Berlin, and has officially opened registration. The event will convene global aviation leaders to explore the future of airport operations.
