The aviation industry is wrestling with methods to improve inclusion and diversity across the airport environment. With each individual comes new and fresh perspectives and ideas to the industry.

Chagar says her main goal is to ensure her network is as successful as possible, to help members of the aviation world feel like they are part of one vibrant, diverse community.
