Recent improvements at Paris-Charles de Gaulle have included the construction of a building connecting Terminals 2A and 2C, to allow passengers to move more easily between terminals, and the opening of a new Air France lounge at Terminal 2M. The success has demonstrated the airports progress in speeding up connecting times for transfer passengers and making security checks more efficient.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle International airport is one of the largest airports in the world and a major hub for international airlines including Air France. The airport carries 62 million annual passengers per year.

Warner Rootliep, Air France KLM General Manager for the UK & Ireland, commented on the airport award: “This is great news for us at Air France to see Paris-Charles de Gaulle, our hub airport, receive such an award. This award demonstrates that the significant improvements and investments at Paris-Charles de Gaulle are being recognised and appreciated by professionals and even more importantly by passengers. There is still more to come at these airports so we can expect even greater satisfaction in the coming months and years.”
