Poland’s Minister of Infrastructure and Development has dismissed Michał Marzec from the position of General Director of Polish Airports and Warsaw Chopin Airport, appointing Michał Kaczmarzyk in his place.

Kaczmarzyk Michał is a graduate of the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme

Kaczmarzyk Michał is a graduate of the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP), Concordia University in Montreal, Faculty of Economics, Technical University of Radom and Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw.

He has many years of experience in management and corporate enterprises in the industrial sector and B2B. He has made a number of restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions, advising multinationals in terms of investment location in Poland. Professional experience include PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Industrial Development Agency and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

In November 2010, he was appointed President of the Board of LOT Cargo SA and President of the Board LS Airport Services SA – the largest aircraft ground handling agent in Poland.

Michał Kaczmarzyk is married and has two sons.
