Getting to an airport on time is one of the many concerns posed by passengers. In a recent report by TNMT on what bothers travellers the most during the post-pandemic era, arriving on time factors 3.8% of worries; queues 1.6% and car rental as 1.1%. These worries point to concerns that passengers have in wanting to arrive on time and the importance of ensuring a smooth and efficient valet/parking and car rental experience in airports.

If passengers have a fast and easy parking experience when arriving at their airport, this means they enter the building feeling relaxed and with plenty of time on their hands to enjoy the F&B and retail outlets when airside. In this virtual panel, we will hear from the airports leading the way in innovating the passenger parking and car rental experience through artificial intelligence and automation.

Speakers will draw on their own experiences on how artificial intelligence and automation has helped to remove disagreements and conflict points in car rental facilities by providing factual information to the assurance of both the consumer and the provider, increase car parking capacity and efficiency and of course passenger satisfaction.

They will also talk about where they see the future of airport parking heading, and their key trends to watch out for.
