Meet Holly Miles, the Editor of International Airport Review, in a short video in which she explains her background, interests in aviation and plans for the future of the magazine.
Watch our short video introducing our new Editor, Holly Miles. Fresh from hosting the first virtual summit of the year – Rebuilding Airports – Holly gives a little bit of background information on herself, explaining her unusual upbringing being born in Sweden and growing up in the Middle East, which she says gives her an international perspective.
Holly only joined the industry in November last year during what has been the most devastating time for the aviation industry with the COVID-19 pandemic. But says that she has found it to be an extremely innovative, forward-thinking and resilient industry, which is solely down to the people working in it.
She explains that she is looking forward to hosting the next online summit – Airport of the Future – which looks at the latest innovations in passenger experience, security and digital transformation as airports evolve to meet the changing needs of passengers and the increased demand for travel.
Holly says that she is looking forward to networking with airport professionals and creating content around passenger experience, biometrics, touchless technologies and the use of artificial intelligence and data in airport operations – among other topics of course!
So if you have any ideas, suggestions or proposed contributions then drop her an email on [email protected] and connect with her on LinkedIn and Twitter.
