Fraport AG, the owner and manager of Frankfurt Airport (FRA), will be presenting the strategic advantages of FRA as a top real estate location in the heart of Europe as well as its property management expertise at MIPIM 2012 (Marché International des Professionnels d’Immobilier) from March 6 to 9, in Cannes, France. The leading international real estate forum, MIPIM (www.mipim.com) is regarded as a global marketplace for bringing together the industry’s decision-makers to present their projects and to establish or intensify their business relations. Germany is the “Country of Honour” at this year’s MIPIM – so all the more reason to find out about the global gateway city of Frankfurt. MIPIM attendees are invited to Stand R33.07 in the Espace Riviera, where Fraport is co-exhibiting with the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Region.
Fraport’s €7 billion Frankfurt Airport capacity expansion program – including Runway Northwest inaugurated in October 2011, the new Pier A-Plus at Terminal 1 to be opened in fall 2012, and the future Terminal 3 project (phase one scheduled for 2016/17) – is also spurring real estate growth. FRA is Germany’s largest employment complex at a single location and serves a dynamic mobility hub for internationally-oriented businesses.
