ServiceTec Global Services International (SASI) has announced the appointment of Richard Moody to the role of Global Operations Director.
Reporting to SASI’s Chief Executive Officer, David Ison, Richard will head up operations for all sites outside of the Americas, and in addition to taking responsibility for Group Information Technology, will be heavily involved in designing and developing new services to be provided by SASI to its worldwide customer base.
With over 25 years experience in the IT industry, Richard brings a wealth of senior management and leadership expertise to SASI. Prior to joining ServiceTec, Richard was the Service Delivery Director Calyx UK Ltd, with responsibility for service delivery management, carried services provisioning, internal IT, service solution design, etc. Previously, Richard was General Manager of Calyx Managed Services – a 160 staff, £15 million turnover, IT Managed Services Provider.
Richard, who studied Electronics at University of Hertfordshire, is married with two children and lists his hobbies as mountain biking, skiing, Tae kwon-do and golf.
