“The possibility of strike action at the airports is now over.”
ICTS Central Search employs 100 workers at Aberdeen Airport and 220 at Glasgow Airport.
The ICTS workers deal with passengers face-to-face in the security search areas, as well as processing for flights.
Their jobs also includes covering mobile patrols, controlling access posts, screening all deliveries and dealing with emergency services.
The union had previously claimed that workers facing understaffing and were denied contractual breaks.
Unite said that they had received more reports of fatigue, exhaustion and stress due to staff working beyond six hours with no break.
