In this issue’s In-Depth Focus on seamless travel, we hear from Miami International Airport and Vancouver International Airport on how they are promoting a better passenger experience through their own initiatives.

A seamless travel experience is important for passengers because it ensures that their journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible. In turn, it means that they arrive through to the departure hall quicker and in a better mood, which is good news for airports because a happy passenger is a spending passenger.
