Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to the company’s 13th regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 30, at the Jahrhunderthalle convention center in Frankfurt-Höchst. The AGM begins at 10:00 CEST, with admission starting at 09:00 CEST.
Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport’s executive board chairman, will present the company’s 2013 fiscal results and talk about 2014 developments to date. The speech by CEO Schulte will be webcast live over the Internet at www.hauptversammlung.fraport.de. A general discussion will follow. The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport AG’s supervisory board chairman.
A shuttle-bus service will operate on May 30 between Höchst train station and the Jahrhunderthalle, starting at 8:45 a.m. and departing every ten minutes. The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority (www.rmv.de) and the shuttle bus.
