Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+)

Concessionaire Analyzer+ was premiered in the USA market at the ACI North America annual conference held between the 22nd and 25th September 2013 in San Jose, California attended by over 1,700 people.

Concessionaire Analyzer+The solution, which enables airports to manage and improve their non-aviation revenues, which are today crucial for an airport’s profitability and sustainability, was show cased on booth 1011 and attracted high levels of interest from airports as well as other airport integrators and consultants.

Once again, while the exhibition was made up of over 200 exhibitors, Concessionaire Analyzer was one of only two solutions that addressed the non-aviation sector needs of an airport. According to the 2012 ACI Economics Report, 44% of airport revenues derived from the non-aviation sector and this tends to be the profitable sector of the business.

Concessionaire Analyzer+ allows an Airport to automate the collection of sales data from concessions, then map the sales against concession agreements with their agreed revenue shares and minimum guarantees so as to calculate revenue and undertake billing, and to utilise a business intelligence platform to enable airports to understand their concession sales and assess the impact of operational and marketing tactics to improve the performance of these revenues.
