At the ACI Asia Pacific Regional Conference Kobe, Japan, International Airport Review Editor Holly Miles caught up with Gloria Guevara Manzo, Chief Special Advisor at Ministry of Tourism Saudi Arabia.

Together they discussed the reopening of Saudi Arabia to tourists and the re-start after the COVID-19 pandemic, their plan to transform Saudi aviation, their plans to build what would become the world’s largest airport ‘King Salman International Airport’ and how they plan to grow sustainably as passenger numbers go up, plus the role that the new flag carrier Riyadh Air will play in the growth of the region.
