  • Creating IT Project designs, technical writing and specifications
  • Setup project plan and follow up on milestones and time schedule
  • Budget planning and follow up, to secure and meet project deadlines with clients
  • Having weekly and monthly internal and external project meetings on progress
  • Secure technical solutions and documentations
  • Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks
  • 3rd party management, sub-contractor, vendors and supplier selection and negotiation
  • Working with consultants, clients, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, to secure delivery, budget, goals and demands are all according to the agreed contract
  • Resolving problems and design work procedure
  • Hiring and supervising personal to ensure that all milestones are archived within the agreed timeframe

  • Secure test procedure are in place for each sub component in the project for it to be handed over

  • Secure that infrastructure is in place cross vendors and suppliers
