It will include how IoT and geospatial analytics is playing an increasingly critical role across the airport. The session will cover utilising data analytics for key operational areas of the airport including check in, retail, how passengers book travel services. Areas such as check-in and security can provide the greatest levels of stress throughout the terminal, and journey, the session will cover how with additional data it’s possible to increase the seamlessness of these processes. It will also demonstrate how Dublin Airport is using analytics with digital marketing technology to increase personalised engagement with passengers across the full trip lifecycle before, during and after their travel.
