At Future Travel Experience, International Airport Review caught up with Christina Cassotis, Chief Executive Officer of Allegheny County Airport Authority. Christina discussed the trends she is seeing among her passengers, the groundbreaking step the airport has taken in supporting working parents by opening a one-of-a-kind on-site childcare centre, the PIT Terminal Modernisation Programme, and the first-of-its-kind bioaerosol identification and detection technology pilot to help discover potentially hazardous airborne toxins which is being conducted through the Pittsburgh xBridge programme.
