At Routes Europe 2023, International Airport Review's Chunekshi Wimalasuriya caught up with Berlin Brandenburg Airport's Head of Aviation Marketing, Thomas Kohr, and asked him how the airport's post-pandemic recovery was going. While he assured us that despite its slow rate of recovery, the challenges were a good motivator for Berlin Airport to get back to 2019 levels. Kohr also told us about the extensive cost-effective method of the airport to reduce operational costs.
