With nearly 30 years of leadership experience in complex, safety-critical aviation environments, he is responsible for the performance, reliability and availability of critical airport infrastructure.
Struck has a proven track record in driving operational excellence, large-scale transformation, and cost-efficient asset management at major European airports. His expertise spans facility and real estate management, airport operations, and infrastructure development, with a strong focus on digitalisation, smart maintenance, and data-driven decision-making.
He is recognised for advancing predictive maintenance approaches, integrating IoT and mobile solutions into airport operations, and positioning facility management as a strategic enabler for resilience, efficiency, and passenger experience.
Ralph Struck holds a diploma degree (master’s equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
