
Masaki Takeuchi
Masaki Takeuchi is Manager, Facilities Planning at Narita International Airport Corporation (Tokyo, Japan). An architectural engineer, he brings 17 years of experience across airport planning, management and operations. He currently leads airport master planning for the New Narita Airport Project, including development of a new passenger terminal, using a co-creative approach with multiple stakeholders. His project portfolio includes delivery of the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (T3), contact gate extensions in Terminals 1 and 2, and airside retail renewal in Terminal 1 – advancing business diversification, strengthening commercial offerings, and elevating customer experience.
After earning an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Claremont Graduate University (US) in 2020, he served as Deputy Project Director for Overseas Business and led consulting engagements supporting a brownfield airport development project in Southeast Asia. He speaks at global forums and conferences to strengthen Japan’s and Narita Airport’s global presence in the aviation industry.
