
Kirsty Murphy Hughes
Kirsty Murphy Hughes is Senior Sustainability Manager at daa - the operator of Dublin and Cork airports in Ireland, global travel retail operators (ARI) and airport management and consulting arm (daa International) spanning 13 countries and 27 airports.
Kirsty has over 15 years of operational experience across roles in large multinationals as well as in consultancy, specialising in data led and customer focused strategy development and implementation. Kirsty leads daa’s Climate Positive Culture programme work, making sustainability everyone’s job, offering programmes to every function of the group across all streams of daa’s environmental sustainability work in decarbonisation, circularity and healthy local environments as well as leading on data and reporting for the Group Sustainability Team.
Kirsty holds a master's degree in psychology from University College Cork, an innovation diploma through Trinity College Dublin, and holds qualifications in GHG accounting, implementation of a circular economy and project management.
