New Agentic AI solution to deliver real-time, personalised passenger support across Adani’s airport network.

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited and India’s largest operator of Public Private Partnership airports, has announced a strategic partnership with AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company and global leader in enterprise AI, to implement a multilingual, omni-channel AI solution across its airport network.
The collaboration will see AIONOS deploy its proprietary Agentic AI platform, IntelliMate™, to deliver personalised, real-time assistance to passengers via voice, chat, web and mobile interfaces. The system will operate in multiple languages, including English, Hindi and regional dialects, and will be available 24/7 to provide flight updates, gate information, baggage status, directions and other airport services.
This initiative is part of AAHL’s broader digital transformation strategy, which focuses on enhancing passenger experience, streamlining operations and promoting inclusivity. The AI concierge is designed to ensure consistent, context-aware engagement across all touchpoints, significantly reducing service turnaround times and improving overall satisfaction.
