The International Airport Summit 2026, taking place on 10-12 November in Rome, has unveiled its third wave of speakers, featuring a distinguished line-up of global aviation leaders poised to shape the future of airport operations.

These industry leaders will help shape a comprehensive two-day programme examining some of the most pressing issues facing airports today, including sustainability, digital transformation, passenger experience and operational resilience.
Sessions will explore AI-driven innovation, airport infrastructure planning in an increasingly uncertain environment, the data foundations required for predictive decision-making, next-generation baggage handling systems, and strategies for delivering major construction projects while maintaining day-to-day operations.
The 2026 closed-door VIP roundtables will provide a forum for senior executives to discuss operational resilience and capacity, passenger experience and terminal operations, digital transformation, data and AI, as well as sustainability, infrastructure planning and security.
Taking place in Rome from 10-12 November 2026, the International Airport Summit has officially opened registration.
