Marie Owen Thomsen, Chief Economist, IATA, discusses some of the financial and political challenges in achieving Jet Zero by 2050.

International Airport Review’s Editorial Assistant caught up with Chief Economist at IATA, Marie Owens Thomsen at Farnborough’s Sustainable Skies Summit. During the discussion, Marie talked about some of the financial and political challenges aviation faced in achieving Jet Zero by 2050. She also assured that it was a path we had to take to strengthen air travel’s sustainability.
