Blackjack wins contract with Swissport

Blackjack Promotions has been appointed by aviation services provider Swissport International Ltd to provide all recruitment and ID passing for its fixed-term contracted staff in the UK.Blackjack will operate as a recruitment provider, with staff being sourced by the agency for employment by Swissport, and also on an agency basis, providing fully trained Blackjack staff when necessary. Initially the agency will be recruiting approximately 180 permanent staff for Swissport, with a further recruitment drive for the summer period of approximately 80 staff members.
Although this new contract will be the agency’s first venture into supplying check-in, baggage handling and aircraft dispatch staff, Blackjack already provides an unrivalled range of security-cleared customer service hosts. Blackjack also offers a variety of services including airport specific brand ambassadors, experiential staff, auditors and mystery shoppers.
Blackjack is also one of the very few agencies with authorised signatory status and currently provides staffing solutions in most UK Airports and across Europe through its network of partner agencies. Its operational offices are located in Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow airports.
