Airports currently using Ikusi’s Dolphin FIDS can now seamlessly integrate with Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+) and instantaneously reap the benefits of automatically correlating sales data from the non-aeronautical sector to flight information.

CA+, the non-aeronautical revenue management software solution, and Ikusi, the global airport OT specialist, announced details of the direct integration between their solutions, enabling additional insight into non-aeronautical revenues by directly linking sales data to flight data.

This invaluable integration enables CA+ to use the details of all the incoming and outgoing flights including the number of passengers, terminal, gate, destination, origin, scheduled and actual times for analysing performance. Sales and revenues per pax can be analysed by gate, destination, carrier and more. This newly automated functionality provides airport commercial teams with a host of advantages and real-time insights.

CA+ features a unique capability to capture detailed sales data from concessionaires in real time for each transaction, entirely eliminating manual intervention. This powerful tool, combined with Ikusi’s Dolphin FIDS data, will enable airports to analyse additional sales and revenue patterns and to use this information to boost the performance of their non-aeronautical revenues, which are today so vital to airport profitability.

Ikusi is the partner of CA+ for the Latin American market, bringing more added value to airports in the region seeking to better control and increase their non-aviation revenues. Ikusi portfolio also provides passenger flow monitoring and forecasting as well as advertisement functionalities that will enrich the benefits of CA+ platform.

CA+ CEO John de Giorgio said “this strategic integration between CA+ and Ikusi is a major milestone and will have a profound impact on airports worldwide who are already utilising the Dolphin FIDS solution. By adding the CA+ solution, they will be able to instantly analyse sales in view of flight data, without having to invest in system integration themselves.”

IKUSI Airport Director Albert Algans said “this integration is a new step in our strategic alliance with CA+ and constitutes an added value to all IKUSI clients using Dolphin FIDS for their operations. It immediately powers on the correlation of sales data with flight operations giving commercial departments with the possibility to profile their customers and better plan their actions to increase non aeronautical revenues”.

Ikusi and CA+ will be showcasing their solutions at ACI LAC. They will attend to visitors at stands 40 and 41 from 31 August until 2 September.
